Terms and Conditions

This ‘Terms and Conditions’ document (“T&C”) governs the end users’ (“You/Your/User”) access to and use of ‘Adanj Studio Website ’ (which term shall be deemed to include the internet and mobile website www.adanjstudio.com as well as its mobile application and any other means to access the same from time to time) and the services offered thereunder. 

The Adanj Studio Website is owned and controlled by Adanj Studio, with its registered office at having its registered address at F-29, Vardhman Green Park, Near Ashoka Garden Thana, 80 feet road, Bhopal, MP 462023, (hereinafter referred to as "Adanj/Adanj Studio/Us/Our/We"). Through the Adanj Studio Website, Adanj Studio provides to You information in relation to sessions that are organized by third-party entities. However, when you purchase a service, course, session, event ticket, show, or content available on Adanj Studio Website, then for the purpose of this T&C, You will be considered as a customer of Adanj Studio only. You agree that for any issue or grievance under these T&C, Your recourse shall be solely to Adanj Studio.

This T&C, along with the ‘Privacy Policy’ (available here) which constitutes an integral and inalienable part of the T&C, and any other applicable policies published on the Adanj Studio Website, comprise a binding agreement between You and Adanj Studio. The ‘T&C’, ‘Privacy Policy’ and any such applicable policies constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended and the relevant rules made thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes under applicable Indian laws. 

Your use of the Adanj Studio Website and the services provided thereunder shall be governed by this T&C as well as any other applicable policies published on this Adanj Studio Website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy. Your use of the Adanj Studio Website whether for the purpose of transacting through the Adanj Studio Website or otherwise, implies Your consent to the provisions of this T&C as well as any other applicable policies, including but not limited to Adanj Studio’s use of any information provided by You for the purpose of Your use of the Adanj Studio Website. Adanj Studio hereby reserves the right to modify, add or delete any part of this T&C without any prior written notice/intimation to You. It shall be Your sole responsibility to periodically review this T&C and all other applicable policies published on the Adanj Studio Website for any revisions thereto. If You do not agree to any of the revisions made to this T&C by Adanj Studio, You must discontinue further access and use of the Adanj Studio Website and the services provided thereunder. You agree and acknowledge that such discontinuance of access to and use of the Adanj Studio Website and the services provided thereunder will render the T&C inapplicable from such date of discontinuance only; however this T&C will remain applicable to all instances of use by You of the Adanj Studio Website and the services provided thereunder prior to such date of discontinuance.

It is clarified that terms and conditions specific to sessions in respect of which Adanj Studio has facilitated sale of registration fees through the Adanj Studio Website (“sessions”) shall be published on the sessions page accessible on the Adanj Studio Website. Adanj Studio publishes such information as provided by and on behalf of the organizer associated with such sessions (“sessions Organizer”). In the sessions of any conflict between the sessions-related terms and conditions, and this T&C, User agrees that the sessions-related terms and conditions shall prevail and be binding on the User at all times. 
 

Payment refund and cancellation policy

Full payment to be made at time of purchase of course

Once purchased, no partial or full refund will be provided, unless there is an exceptional circumstance which will be decided by Adanj Studio on a case to case basis

Adanj Studio does not have any recurring subscription charges which a customer has to pay

 

Adanj Studio does not store any of your payment information (debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.) or such other information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payment and has partnered with payment gateways for the payment towards the services. In case of any other payment, refund or cancellation issues, decisions will be taken on a case by case basis and Adanj Studio's decision will be final and binding.
 

COPYRIGHT

The entire content included in the Adanj Studio Website, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the Indian and all other copyright laws of the world, and is the sole property of Adanj Studio or is appropriately licensed by Adanj Studio from the relevant owners thereof. At no point of time, will the User have any rights and/ or claim to have acquired any rights in and to any part or portion of the Adanj Studio Website and/ or any content contained therein, in any manner whatsoever.

You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the Adanj Studio Website solely for Your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Adanj Studio Website or to purchase Adanj Studio Website products. 

Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of the Adanj Studio Website is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by Adanj Studio in writing.

TRADEMARKS

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of 'Adanj Studio' used on Adanj Studio Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of Adanj Studio Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. At no point of time, will the User have any rights and/ or claim to have acquired any rights in and to any part or portion of the ‘Adanj Studio’ trademarks and/ or logos, in any manner whatsoever. 
 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards, International Cards via Stripe, Net Banking, Paytm Wallet, UPI, and PayU Money through the integrated registration system available only on Adanj Studio Website. For certain sessions, we will also accept offline payment modes including cash / cheques only through authorised promoters, whose details will be listed on the respective sessions pages. If you are purchasing registration fees from anywhere outside of the Adanj Studio Website, including through any authorized promoters, it shall be completely your own responsibility to verify the genuineness of the source and authenticity of the registration fees issued to you. PRICING, OFFERS, AVAILABILITY, AND SEAT CONFIRMATION
Adanj Studio Website is a registration fees-based platform and sells registration fees on behalf of sessions Organizers and therefore has no control over its availability, offers, and pricing. If the sessions Organiser announces any offer for the sessions, such an offer will not apply to the registration fees purchased before the announcement of the offer.

After the payment is complete, You will receive a confirmation page or email that must be shown at the sessions venue to redeem Your registration fees.

If You do not receive a confirmation number after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please get in touch with our customer service department to confirm whether the order has been placed or not. We don’t want You to lose money in case You assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. 

While purchasing registration feess, You are limited to a specific number of registration fees You can buy per session. 
 

NOTIFICATIONS

 

You are consenting to receive transactional and promotional messages, or notifications, as generated by the Adanj Studio Website. We will be sending notifications to you by way of the following methods:

• SMS

• Email

• WhatsApp

• Voice Call 

 

Opt-out

We provide all Users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from Us on behalf of our partners, and from Us in general, after setting up an account.

If you want to remove Your contact information from all Adanj Studio lists and newsletters, please click on the unsubscribe links in the emailer. For opting out of receiving any transactional and promotional messages or notifications on your WhatsApp account, please reach out to us at contact@adanjstudio.comand we will assist you. 

 

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

In accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, any grievances which You may have with respect to the information shared by You with Adanj Studio Website hereunder and its treatment, may be directed by You to the customer support of Adanj Studio Website. You may contact Adanj Studio Website customer support by sending an email to contact@adanjstudio.com
Your complaint shall be acknowledged within 24 hours and disposed of within 15 days from the date of receipt of complaint. If your complaint pertains to any material which exposes the private area, shows full nudity, depicts sexual act or is in nature of impersonation, the complaint shall be resolved within 24 hours from receipt of complaint.
